Quality assurance

We are equipped with a well facilitated laboratory for sand, chemical and mechanical testing. We assure the required quality to the standard with following facility

Chemical laboratory:

• Wet laboratory.
• Two Spectrovac equipments  of Baird make and Metavision 108N – Both for 16 elements with polishing machine.

Mechanical laboratory:

• Universal testing machine of 40tonnes.
• Impact testing machine.

Sand test Laboratory:

Seive analysis, Permeability test, shear, compression and tensile strength. Mould hardness tester.

Nondestructive test facility :

• Ultrasonic test machine
• BHN Machine
• Rockwell hardness tester
• Poldi hardness tester
• Liquid Penetrant test
• Metallurgical  Photomicroscope
• Magnetic particle test

Arrangements for radiography test and impact test at sub zero temperature are available. AREB approved site for Radiography testing

• RDSO Approved Class A Foundry
• IBR Approved foundry
• Certifications in process – IS 14000 and IATF 16949
